You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. Calendar data is provided as ICS; other data as CSV or JSON.
Right to Object
You can object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes, including profiling and direct marketing.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can request restriction of how we use your data in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute is being resolved.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your GDPR rights, you may:

- Use the Contact form and select "General Inquiry"
- Access certain rights (data export, account deletion) directly from your account settings
We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 90 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect against unauthorized access.
International Data Transfers
Kamili Calendar is operated from the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to the US, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.
All third-party processors we use are required to maintain adequate data protection standards and have appropriate data processing agreements in place.
Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In the EU, you can find your local authority at edpb.europa.eu.
